Bekannt wurde Jennifer Coodlige vor allem durch ihre Auftritte als Stiflers Mutter in der Filmtrilogie "American Pie". Außerdem spielte sie neben Reese Witherspoon die naive Paulette in "Legally Blonde 1&2".

Coolidge stammt aus Bosten. Dort machte sie auch ihren Abschluss. Daraufhin zog sie nach New York und wurde Mitglied der Komikgruppe "Gotham City Improve". Als sie nach Los Angelos zog wurde sie Mitglied der Improvisationsgruppe "The Groundlings".

Weitere Rollen hatte sie in "A Night at the Roxbury", "Restaurant", "Rude Awakenings" und "Noch dümmer" mit Jeff Daniels, Michael Richards und Charlize Theron. Weiters spielte sie in "Austrin Powers" und "Der Club der gebrochenen Herzen" mit.
